Magic Roasted Cauliflower

So simple! So delicious! This is a side dish that you can prepare in minutes, and it can also be served as a healthy snack. Ayala's Magic Spice turns the cauliflower absolutely craveable. The  Magic Spice boosts this dish with vitamin B12, iron, antioxidants, selenium, and protein, and it reduces the need for salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (2 1/2 to 3 pounds), cut into small 1-inch florets 
  • 1-2 tablespoons Ayala's Magic Spice
  • 2-4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation  

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with all other ingredients.
  • Spread in one layer on a large baking pan.
  • Roast, while turning over occasionally, until edges brown and caramelize (20-30 minutes).
  • Serve immediately.
